His focus is on maintaining high professional standards, developing the business and ensuring clients receive a reliable and consistently high-quality service. Chris has built the company around long-term relationships, professionalism and continuous improvement.

Bina plays a key role in the day-to-day management and continued development of Response Security Consultants. With more than 25 years of experience within the company, she brings extensive knowledge of its operations, clients and personnel.

Her responsibilities include personnel management, recruitment, human resources and finance, alongside overseeing wider business operations. Bina also helps maintain the company’s high standards by ensuring procedures and quality systems are consistently followed across the organisation.

Maurice brings extensive experience from a military and policing background, including specialist knowledge in crime reduction and security operations. His experience provides valuable insight into assessing risks, developing effective security solutions and supporting the delivery of professional services.

As Operations Manager, Maurice helps oversee operational standards, personnel and service delivery, ensuring our teams remain professional, prepared and focused on meeting clients’ requirements.

Shannon provides essential administrative support across the business, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Highly organised and dependable, she supports a range of functions including contracts, payroll, documentation and general administration.

Her attention to detail and professional approach help maintain the high standards our clients and operational teams rely on.

Luke is an experienced and professional Security Supervisor and Dog Handler who leads by example. He supports and motivates our security personnel while helping ensure the company’s operational standards and procedures are consistently maintained.

With a strong focus on professionalism, safety and service quality, Luke carries out regular checks, supports officers in the field and helps ensure our clients receive a dependable and effective security service.

Jas is an experienced business coach with a strong background in sales, customer service, marketing, client retention and team development. He works with Response Security Consultants to support the continued development of the business, bringing an independent perspective and extensive commercial experience.
